Bitcoin halving

Halving is a unique mechanism used in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin to limit the number of coins in the market, potentially increasing their value. During a halving event, the reward for miners is halved. This process repeats at regular intervals - for Bitcoin, every 210,000 blocks.
