Liquity USD: a decentralized borrowing protocol that allows users to draw 0% interest loans against Ether used as collateral. Loans are paid out in LUSD, a USD pegged stablecoin, and require a minimum collateral ratio of only 110%. Liquity charges a small, one-time fee to borrow LUSD instead of variable interest rates. The platform also features an efficient liquidation mechanism to provide users with the most liquidity for their ETH. In addition to collateral, loans are secured by a Stability Pool containing LUSD and fellow borrowers who act as guarantors of last resort.
