Delysium

In response to multiple user reports regarding login and withdrawal issues, Delysium has conducted an extensive investigation and identified Cloudflare and Single Sign-On (SSO) problems as the primary causes. According to the latest communications from Delysium, although these issues have raised concerns, the security of user assets remains uncompromised and robust.

As part of their commitment to providing a secure experience for their users, commonly referred to as 'Delysians', the platform has implemented a suite of new security measures. These include the introduction of mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all transfers and withdrawals, account locks after several failed login attempts, the integration of a reCAPTCHA verification system, and a regional ban on logins from certain countries due to security risks.

Delysium advises users who may be experiencing conflicts post-system upgrade to clear their cache thoroughly, following a detailed three-step process provided by the platform. In cases where users are unable to log in, it is recommended to wait about an hour after performing a cache reset before attempting again. For persistent issues, opening a support ticket is the suggested course of action.

Alongside these security enhancements, Delysium has also unveiled its event calendar for April. The lineup features several key events including their presence at IXO 2024 in Seoul, a 'Town Hall Meeting', and Yannick's speech at Blockchain Life 2024 in Dubai. The month will also see two instances of 'Ask Me, AI' Space and conclude with a Community AMA session.

Delysium's proactive steps in upgrading its security infrastructure and its engaging schedule of April events underscore their dedication to fostering a secure and involved community. Users are encouraged to stay updated with future announcements as the platform continues to evolve.
