GMX End of Week Update

In a recent update, GMX revealed several enhancements to its platform. One of the notable improvements includes the simulation of order execution before transactions are sent in the user interface (UI). This enhancement aims to prevent the creation of invalid orders. The /actions log has also been improved for better readability.

Other updates include fixing tests and merging the latest keeper optimizations. The term "Trigger" has now been replaced with "Stop-Loss"/"Take-Profit". Trade logs have also been enhanced with additional information regarding Acceptable Price, Execution Price, Price Impact, and other relevant details. To help users avoid issues during order execution, GMX has deployed Order Live Validations to production. Users can now see possible issues with their orders during execution and edit or fix them accordingly.

GMX also refactored the trade parameters based on new route updates and fixed token symbols for approval and pending transactions. An audit for the GLP to GM conversion contract is currently underway.

GMX Governance

In other news, GMX’s proposal for the Arbitrum STIP grant program has been accepted by the DAO. This development will enable GMX and its integrated protocols to contribute to the growth of the Arbitrum DeFi ecosystem. More details about this can be found on their official Twitter page.
