Successful Distribution of HXD Tokens for Honeyland

According to RazrFi, the distribution of HXD tokens for Honeyland occurred successfully at 2 pm UTC today. The vesting schedule is covered under the IDO price guarantee, which applies to each vesting until 51% unlock. The guarantee period for this vesting is 48 hours, starting from the time of distribution.

To learn more about the IDO price guarantee conditions, read this article by RazrFi. The team at RazrFi expresses their gratitude for the continued support and participation from the community.

Understanding the IDO Price Guarantee Terms

The token must maintain at least the IDO price for 48 hours on each of the vesting, including the one on TGE. This is applicable until the conclusion of 48 hours after 51% of vesting has been completed. If the token price falls below the IDO price, refunds will be triggered.

In cases where the token price dips below the IDO price only momentarily and trades above it for most of the time, some flexibility is allowed for projects to make course corrections. The token should not trade below the IDO price for more than 12 hours during the 48-hour guarantee period from distribution or listing (as applicable).

SolRazr reserves the right to trigger a refund if it believes that the price is being artificially held above the IDO price due to low or poor liquidity.

Calculating the Period Below IDO Price

SolRazr will analyze the trading chart for the 48-hour period from the vesting time or listing time (as applicable). Each hourly candle closing below the IDO price will add to the 'period below IDO price.' If this total period exceeds 12 hours in the 48-hour guarantee period, SolRazr will trigger refunds.

Choosing Trading Charts and Exchange Data

If a token is listed on multiple exchanges, SolRazr will use its discretion to analyze which trading chart to use. Generally, they will select a chart from an exchange where most of the token's liquidity is present. This decision is based on the fact that price feeds for newly launched tokens often do not immediately reflect on CoinMarketCap (CMC) or CoinGecko (CG), making it difficult to analyze trading charts on those platforms.
