RazrFi Distributes HXD Tokens and Ensures IDO Price Guarantee
According to a recent announcement from the RazrFi team, they have successfully distributed the HXD tokens for Honeyland, as per the vesting schedule. The vesting is covered under an IDO price guarantee, which ensures that each vesting until 51% unlock is covered for a period of 48 hours. The 48-hour cover period is calculated from the time of distribution, starting at 2 pm UTC in this case. SolRazr's Launch Standards and Price Guarantee Terms Explained
SolRazr's launch standards require that the token maintains at least the IDO price for 48 hours on each of the vesting, including the one on TGE. This applies until the conclusion of 48 hours after 51% of vesting has been completed. If the token price goes below the IDO price, refunds will be triggered. However, if the token price dips below the IDO price only momentarily and trades above it for most of the time, SolRazr allows some flexibility for projects to correct course. The token should not trade below the IDO price for more than 12 hours during the 48-hour period from distribution or listing (as applicable).
In case of multiple exchange listings, SolRazr will use its discretion to analyze which trading chart to use, primarily focusing on the exchange with the most liquidity for the token. This is due to the difficulty in analyzing trading charts on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko for newly launched tokens, as their price feeds may not immediately reflect accurate information.
